[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to the improvement of plastic surgery/surgical suture needles that are used, for example, when suturing tissues during cosmetic surgery or general surgery. It improves both the insertion and removal of the needle, thereby increasing the efficiency of suturing work, making threading easier, preventing thread slippage during suturing, and minimizing tissue damage and destruction caused by threads, thereby reducing complications. The aim is to prevent this and shorten the healing period.

(Prior art) Regarding plastic surgery/surgical suture needles used for tissue suturing during cosmetic surgery or general surgery, needles with a relatively large curvature (highly curved) have been used depending on the purpose and site of use. ) to relatively small ones (weak curvature), and all of these have a semicircular configuration with approximately uniform curvature from the head to the body and tip. Moreover, the above-mentioned suture needle has a threading hole in its head, and a split groove smaller than the diameter of the suture thread running from the threading hole to the top end of the needle body. It is formed elastically.

(Problems to be solved with the invention) The above-mentioned suture needle is held by a needle holder at a position near the head, straddles the suture line of the tissue, and rotates in an almost spiral state one after another. The suturing is performed in the length direction, and since the suturing needle is curved with an almost uniform curvature in the shape of a half-moon, theoretically it should provide the most ideal suturing trajectory.

However, in practice, a highly curved needle with a relatively large curvature is easy to project almost vertically when removed from tissue, but difficult to insert into tissue using a needle grasper. On the other hand, a slightly curved needle with a relatively small curvature is close to a straight line, so it is easy to insert it into the above-mentioned tissues.
There is a problem in that it is not easy to remove it because it is difficult to make it protrude vertically when removing it from the tissue, and therefore, there is a problem that a considerable amount of skill is required to perform a particularly precise surgical operation. In addition, since the tissue to be sutured has flexibility and elasticity, when the tip of the needle penetrates into the tissue, the tissue concerned escapes, which hinders smooth suturing work. There was a problem that was easy to come by.

In addition, while the suture needle with the conventional structure described above has the advantage that the suture thread can be inserted in a single touch through the split groove in the thread threading hole in the head, on the other hand, the suture thread may be accidentally pulled out of the thread threading hole during surgery. It is easy to pull out, and it is necessary to interrupt the suturing operation and rethread each time. In addition, the suturing operation is performed because the thread that has passed through the threading hole protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the needle penetrates the tissue. In addition to damage to the subcutaneous tissue by the left and right cutting blades (not shown) that protrude in the width direction of the suture needle, tissue damage is also caused by the folded portion of the suture that protrudes, resulting in relatively large wounds at the sutured portion. However, there was a problem in that many small blood vessels were destroyed, leading to complications such as bleeding and subcutaneous hematoma, and the healing and recovery period was delayed and hindered accordingly.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, the present invention firstly facilitates suturing work by combining the advantages of a strongly curved needle and the advantages of a weakly curved needle. Second, it prevents sutures from slipping out during surgery, and third, it facilitates the insertion of sutures.
And fourth, the purpose is to minimize tissue damage caused by the folded portion of the suture.
Specifically, the suture needle for plastic surgery and surgery consists of a strongly curved head with a thread engagement part at the base, a medium bay body, and a weakly curved tip. The attachment part includes an attachment groove into which the thread is inserted from the side surface of the head via a spring groove, a tapered groove whose spacing gradually narrows in a V-shape from the attachment groove toward the top end of the head, and an attachment groove. It has a thread groove formed on the side surface of the head from the groove toward the top end of the head.

The specific contents of the present invention will be explained below with reference to an embodiment in the figures. Reference numeral 1 represents a suture needle, which has a thread attachment part 2 at its base, a head part 7, a body part 8, and a distal end part. 9, the entire structure is curved,
Moreover, the curvature of the head part 7 is a large strong curve, and it is a somewhat gentle medium curve towards the body part 8, and furthermore, it becomes an even gentler weak curve from the body part 8 to the tip part 9, resulting in a series of deformations. It is constructed in a semicircular shape.

Furthermore, the thread attachment portion 2 of the head 7 has an attachment groove 3 and the attachment groove 3 opens toward the side surface of the head 7, and the spacing is maintained elastically by the spring portion 2a of the head. However, an open spring groove 5 is formed, and the open spring groove 5 is set within a range somewhat narrower than the diameter of the thread P inserted into the locking groove 3.

Further, the engagement groove 3 connects tapered grooves 3a that gradually define intervals in a V-shape toward the top end of the head, and the side surface of the head 7 has a concave cross section from the engagement groove 3 toward the top end of the head. A thread groove 4 is formed. Note that 6 indicates a flat portion.

During surgery, the slightly curved distal end 9 can freely respond to the deformation of the flexible and elastic tissue suture part, and can easily be inserted perpendicularly into the tissue.
In addition, the thread P does not bite into the V-shaped tapered groove 3a and come out, and the folded part (shoulder part) of the thread P attached to the head 7 always enters the thread groove 4, so the thread P is not pulled out. Do not cause any new damage.

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, this invention is composed of a head with a strong bay that has a thread attachment part at the base, a body with a medium bay, and a tip with a weak bay. It can freely respond to complex deformations of the tissue suture part, which is flexible and highly elastic, and in particular, the slightly curved tip is close to a straight line, making it easy to penetrate into the tissue. The strongly curved head has excellent operability with a grasper, so it can be easily protruded vertically from within the tissue, making it extremely easy to take out and facilitating suturing work. Further, an open spring groove is opened in the side direction of the head to form a locking groove, and a tapered groove that gradually narrows the interval in a V-shape toward the top end of the head is connected to the locking groove, Furthermore, if thread grooves are provided along the left and right sides of the head from the above-mentioned locking groove toward the top end of the head, the thread can be inserted from the opening groove into the locking groove in a one-touch manner. Since the thread is inserted into the V-shaped tapered groove, there is no risk of surgery being interrupted due to the thread coming out, and the folded part (shoulder) of the thread does not cause new damage to the suture tissue. Have a beneficial effect.
