Abstract

Способ рекомендован дл  практического использовани .The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in purulent surgery for the treatment of patients with epipascial phlegmon. The purpose of the invention, the reduction of trauma, is achieved by total removal of the skin with the affected subcutaneous fatty tissue. Free skin grafts are separated from pathologically altered subcutaneous tissue, preserved, and after cleansing the wound from the pus, it is used for its skin-plastic closure. The method makes it possible to reduce the trauma during the shelter of extensive wound surfaces. The method is recommended for practical use.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to purulent surgery.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the trauma by maximizing skin sparing.

Example. Sick W., 61, was admitted with complaints of severe pain in the right inguinal region and thighs. On the operation on the border between the affected and healthy tissue, a bordering skin and subcutaneous tissue incision was made to the surface of the fascia. Lamp cuts cut skin flaps, separated from the fascia, along with the affected subcutaneous tissue. The wound that was formed was treated with antiseptics, microirrigators were placed on the bottom and dressing was applied with a hypertonic solution of sodium chloride. The dermatome skin is separated from the subcutaneous tissue, which had the appearance of a gray gelatinous mass, from which it was cultivated with Staphylococcus aureus in association with E. coli and weed. Skin tapes initially placed in saline

Выздоровление .with antibiotics, then to hemoconservatives with storage at a temperature of -) - 4 ° C. Complex therapy with constant local irrigation of the wound with antiseptic solutions, frequent dressing changes allowed for 8 days to achieve wound cleansing, the appearance of pink granulations and successful replantation of canned autotransplants. Recovery.

The proposed method is recommended for use in all cases of treatment of extensive epiphasic phlegmon.

Claims (1)

A method of treating extensive epiphasic phlegmon, including the removal of purulent-necrotic formations, covering skin defects, characterized in that, in order to reduce the morbidity, a skin-fatty flap is dissected out from the cellulitis, which, after separation of necrotic cellulose, is preserved and used to cover the wound surface.
