At the moment of biosynthesis limitation with oxygen a mixture of hydroxyethylated polypropylene glycol (proxanol) taken at concentration 0.001-1 g/l and carbon source at concentration that is proportional with oxygen mass-transfer rate increase were added to the nutrient medium. The yield of the end product is increased by 42-50% and its activity - by 20-33%; period of cultivation is decreased. EFFECT: increased yield and activity of the end product. 7 tbl
