Abstract
Изобретение относитс к микробиологической промышленности, а именно к аппаратам дл культивировани микроорганизмов, и может быть использовано при производстве дрожжей, в частности хлебопекарных. Цель изобретени - повышение массообменных характеристик за счет обеспечени круговой циркул ции жидкости путем воздействи на нее воздушных струй, направленно истекающих из отверстий трубок. Аэратор к ферменту имеет расположенный в его корпусе 1 центральный подвод щий трубопровод 2, к которому подсоединены радиально расход щиес коллекторы 3. Каждый коллектор 3 имеет по меньшей мере одну газораспределительную трубку 4 (обычно три трубки), также расположенную радиально по отношению к корпусу 1. В коллекторах и газораспределительных трубках имеютс отверсти 5 дл истечени воздуха, расположенные под углом к горизонтали с пропорционально уменьшающимис между ними шагом от центра корпуса 1 ферментера к его периферии. Конструкци аэратора обеспечивает круговую циркул цию жидкости, турбулизацию потока и, в целом, дает возможность повысить массообменные характеристики при культивировании микроорганизмов, 2 ил.The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular to apparatus for cultivating microorganisms, and can be used in the production of yeast, in particular baking machines. In the collectors and gas distribution tubes there are holes 5 for air outflow, arranged at an angle to the horizontal with a proportionally decreasing pitch between them from the center of the body 1 of the fermenter to its periphery. The design of the aerator provides circular circulation of fluid, flow turbulization and, in general, makes it possible to improve the mass transfer characteristics during the cultivation of microorganisms, 2 sludge.
