Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл аппаратурного оформлени на- садочных колонн дл проведени процессов химической технологии и может быть использовано в химической, нефтехимической и других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to apparatus for instrumental designation of strings for carrying out chemical engineering processes and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of mass exchange due to the redistribution of the gas stream.
1.FIG. 1 shows a nozzle, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section B-B in FIG. one.
The nozzle for mass transfer apparatus contains obliquely mounted perforated plates 1 and convex plates 2 fixed in a cell
2 are made of separate overlapped with a gap of 4 partitions 5 mounted on axles x 6 with the possibility of rotation around a fixed axis. The bottom partition 7 is fixed on the side wall of the cell 3 in the form of a triangular prism.
Making a convex plate in the form of partitions installed with an overlap of overlap that can be rotated around a fixed axis allows the passage of a portion of the treated gas under inclined plates, the perforated design of which allows an increase in the mass transfer rate on the plates. In addition, the rotation of the partitions around a fixed axis allows the hydraulic resistance of the convex plate to change, and, accordingly, the redistribution of gas between the perforations and the gap between the end of the inclined plate and the side wall allows the intensity of the contact between the phases and the mass transfer process to be adjusted.
The execution of the lower partition stationary in the form of a triangular prism makes it possible to divert the liquid phase from the wall, which flows along the partitions, directing it to the ascending gas flow, which eliminates the wall effect and increases the intensity of the mass transfer process.
The gas flow is supplied to the lower part of the nozzle — into the channel formed by plates 1 and 2. Liquid or liquid — the solid phase moves along the surface of the plates 1, simultaneously interacting with the gas flowing through the perforations of the plates 1. At the same time, the intensity of the interaction of the phases plates 2 by adjusting the gaps 4 between the partitions 5. At the same time, the position of the partitions 5 is chosen so that it is ensured with the minimum sprinkling maximum intensity of the mass transfer process astinas 1 through their perforations and in the gap between the end of the plate 1 and the side wall of whose 3 rectangular section. Plastics 3. An ascending gas flow and a small amount of liquid smoothly flows around the partitions 5. In this case, part of the gas is redistributed between the gaps 4 into the perforation of the plates 1, and some goes into the gap between the side wall of the cell and the end of the plate 1. The gas splashes of liquid flow by inertia to the side wall of the cell, where they lose their speed and flow downward, eliminating backward mixing and increasing the intensity of the mass transfer process.
The technical and economic efficiency of the proposed packing compared to the known one consists in increasing the intensity of the mass transfer process by controlling the gas distribution process in order to select the optimal hydrodynamic regimes, a. in addition, a high gas flow rate is provided at the same gas flow rates in the free section of the cell and the minimum brythrohunos.
