Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к оториноларингологии. Целью изобретени   вл етс  реабилитаци  физиологических функций носа и носоглотки. Это обеспечиваетс  способом и устройством. В способе трахеостому соедин ют с наружным носом герметически. Устройство содержит входной и выходной дыхательные присоединительные элементы и соединительную трубку, при этом выходной присоединительный элемент выполнен в виде присоски к трахеостоме. Положительный эффект оцениваетс  ускорением сроков реабилитации. 1 ил.The invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology.
