Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к офтальмологии и может быть использовано при афакии. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение послеоперационных осложнений. Искусственный хрусталик глаза содержит линзу 1 и опорный элемент 2 с прорез ми 3 по периферии. Опорный элемент имеет три сквозных выреза 4,5, занимающих в тангенциальном направлении сектор с углом раствора 25-30°, а в радиальном направлении промежуток, ограниченный радиусом линзы и радиусом опорного элемента. Опорный элемент  вл етс  продолжением линзы, а радиус кривизны его соответствует среднему радиусу кривизны задней капсулы естественного хрусталика и составл ет 6 мм. Линза занимает центральное положение по отношению к опорному элементу и выполнена в виде мениска, а радиусы кривизны опорного и оптического элемента противоположны по знаку. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used in aphakia. Искусственный хрусталик глаза, содержащий монолитно выполненные оптический и опорный элементы с вырезом по вертикали и прорезями по периферии, отличающийся тем, что, с целью уменьшения послеоперационных осложнений, знаки радиусов кривизны опорного и оптического элементов противоположны, оптический элемент выполнен в виде мениска, причем радиус кривизны опорного элемента равен среднему радиусу кривизны задней капсулы хрусталика.1.
