Abstract

Устройство дл лечени переломов костей дистального отдела нижней конечности относитс к ортопедии и может быть применено дл лечени переломов п точной кости. Цель изобретени - снижение травматичности репозиции и иммобилизации отломков п точной кости путем уменьшени контактных давлений на отломки. Устройство состоит из башмака 1 со шнуровками 4 и 5 и п точного выреза 2, в который вставлен и полуподвижно укреплен задник 6 на репонаторах 7 с зат жными сферическими шарнирами 9 и 11. Дополнительно задник 6 к башмаку 1 крепитс болтом 13 и планкой 18 на штифтах 23 и 24. Задник 6 имеет окно 55 и заостренные штыри 28 и 29. Установленные в резьбовых пистонах 35.
