FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mining, in particular, to means of transporting rock to dumps in open pits.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by preventing the large fractions of the load from striking the bottom of the sections during loading.
2 -FIG. 1 dan loaded conveyor train, cross section; in fig. 2 -
3 - секции,the same when unloading; in fig. 3 - sections
4.each of which is equipped with a single rod, top view; in fig. 4 - sections, each of which is equipped with two rods, top view; in fig. 5 is a section A-A in FIG. four.
The conveyor train (Fig. 1) includes the chassis 1 and sections 2 in the form of trays formed by the beads 3 and the bottom 4. Each section rests on its wheel set connected to the traction chain (not shown). If the route of the conveyor train has large radii of curvature and cargo and the empty branch closes in a vertical plane or the train operates in a shuttle pattern, then in the upper part of one bead 3 of each section, a hinge 5 is attached to the rod 6 resting on the other end 7 attached, for example, welded, to the other side 3. The attachment point of the stop 7 can be reinforced with ribs 8. The hinge 5 and the anvil 7 are placed so that the rod 6 is inclined in the direction opposite to that of the hopper equipped with the feeders 9 for loading the conveyor train.
If the conveyor train operates according to the loopback scheme and there are roundings of small radius on the route of the conveyor train, each section is equipped with two rods 11 and 12 (Fig. 4 and 5), which can be connected with a hinge 5 for ease of connection. Jumper length 10 and the arrangement of the hinges 5 are chosen so that the rods 11 and 12 are located along the edges of the sections with the minimum clearance a (Fig. 4) necessary for the rotations of these rods on the rounded edges. The rods are also supported by stops and inclined in the same way as in the previous case.
15.To increase efficiency, one of the rods, for example 11 (FIG. 5), may be L-shaped, and the other rod 12 may have an increased width. The width of the rod 12 should be such that the edge 13 of the rod 11 does not extend beyond the edges of the rod 12 when the sections turn around the roundings or extend slightly to form small angular gaps 14 (Fig. 4) or overhangs 15.
The dimensions of the rods 6, 11 and 12 of the hinges 5, the lugs 7 and other parts of the conveyor train are chosen so that they, without breaking, withstand the blows of the bushes transported

12.material to be loaded when loaded and dropped onto rods 6, 11, and 12.
To unload the conveyor train, a mobile (Fig. 2) or stationary unloading device is provided in which the train is unloaded by tilting to the side in a vertical plane.
The conveyor train has only front and rear end walls and has no other transverse walls.
The proposed conveyor train operates as follows.
When moving the conveyor train under the hopper include feeders 9 and bulk material flows to it. The rock mass (90-95% of the volume) fills the main volume of the conveyor train, falls to the bottom of the sections with flow and therefore does not create dangerous loads. Large pieces (5-10%) also do not create dangerous loads, since they have a significantly smaller drop height, not coming to the bottom of the sections, but to the rods 6, hanging on them (Fig. 1). The forces are perceived by the rods 6, the hinges 5, the stops 7, the stiffening ribs 8 and other parts of the conveyor train. Due to the inclination of the rods 6, the large pieces may slide or slide along them without impeding further loading.
If the track is straight or has large rounding radii, then the conveyor train of FIG. 3, since movements of large pieces resting on the rods 6 and their jamming between the rods b do not occur.
11.If a conveyor train operates in a looped pattern with small radii of curvature, then the conveyor train of FIG. 4. It is loaded in the same way as the conveyor train of FIG. 3, when driving under the feeders of the 9 bunker. However, each of the large pieces of material is located on a pair of rods 11 and 12 belonging to one section 2. Their relative position on turns does not change, so large pieces cannot sink onto them during sections turning and make it difficult to return them to their original position after rounding. Small movements of large pieces are possible only due to the movement of the edge 13 of the L-shaped rod 11 within the rod 12, however, these movements do not exceed those that occur in the total mass of bulk material at the roundings. The entry of small pieces of loose material into the gap between adjacent rods of adjacent sections is eliminated by the horizontal side of the L-shaped stitch 11.
FIG. 4 shows small angular clearances 14 and outlets 15 of the rods 11 for the dimensions of the rods 12 on turns, not dangerous if small pieces hit, which can be crushed between the rods while straightening the train. However due to
увеличени ширины стержней 12 угловые просветы 14 и свисани 15 могут быть устранены , что уместно при возможном попадании больших кусков между стержн ми.by increasing the width of the rods 12, the angular gaps 14 and the overhangs 15 can be eliminated, which is appropriate with the possible hit of large pieces between the rods.
2).When unloading, the conveyor train tilts, the rods 6 or 11 and 12 freely deflect at the hinges 5, and the bulk material freely dumps into the dump (Fig. 2).
