Формула изобретения Устройство для ограждения рабочей зоны штампа вертикального пресса, содержащее две части со смотровыми окнами и щелью для подачи заготовок, из которых верхняя часть закреплена на подвижной плите штампа, а нижняя на его неподвижной плите, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности и расширения технологических возможностей пресса за счет использования штампов с разной высотой уровня зеркала матрицы, верхняя часть выполнена в виде закрепленной на подвижной плите штампа .горизонтальной рейки и смонтированных в ней вертикальных полых стаканов, а нижняя часть - в виде трех горизонтальных планок, из которых нижняя закреплена на неподвижной плите штампа, смонтированных в нижней планке вертикальных резьбовых втулок, закрепленных на верхней планке штырей, сочлененных со средней планкой с возможностью поворота в ней резьбовых стержней, а также шпилек с резьбой разного направления на концах и многогранником в центральной части, в верхней и средней планках выполнены резьбовые отверстия с резьбой соответствующего направления для размещения соответствующего резьбового конца шпилек, при этом штыри размещены в стаканах рейки, стержни сочленены своей нарезкой с резьбовыми втулками с возможностью регулирования по высоте положения средней планки, а шпильки установлены с возможностью регулирования по высоте верхней планки.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A device for enclosing a working area of a stamp of a vertical press, comprising two parts with viewing windows and a slit for feeding blanks, of which the upper part is mounted on a movable plate of the stamp, and the lower on its fixed plate, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability and expanding the technological capabilities of the press through the use of dies with different heights of the mirror level of the matrix, the upper part is made in the form of a horizontal rail mounted on a movable plate of a die and mounted in vertical hollow glasses, and the lower part - in the form of three horizontal strips, of which the lower one is fixed on a fixed die plate, mounted in the lower bracket of vertical threaded bushes mounted on the upper bracket of pins connected to the middle bracket with the possibility of turning threaded rods in it, as well as studs with threads of different directions at the ends and a polyhedron in the central part, threaded holes with threads of the corresponding direction are made in the upper and middle trims to accommodate uyuschego threaded end stud, wherein the pins are placed in the beakers slats, their threaded rods are articulated with threaded sleeves to be adjustable in height position of the middle strips and the studs are mounted for height adjustment of the top strap.
