Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение качества обработки, достигаемое путем принудительного удалени  пыли и стружки из зоны резани . Оправка 1 с расточным резцом жестко закрепл етс  в шпинделе 4 станка при помощи клина 5 и выколотки 6. При растачивании отверсти  поток стружки и пыли через всасывающее отверстие 8, полость 7 в оправке 1 и р д взаимно перпендикул рных радиальных отверстий 13 и 14 попадает в полость кольцевого пылестружкоприемника 9. Пылестружкоприемник 9 установлен на наружной поверхности шпиндел  4 с возможностью проворота относительно нее и св зан при помощи трубопровода 12 с системой пневмоотсоса. Всасывающее отверстие 8 по мере удалени  от передней грани резца направлено в сторону, противоположную направлению вращени  оправки 1, под определенным углом. 3 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry, in particular to devices for removing dust and chips from a cutting area of a horizontal boring machine.
