Abstract
Изобретение относитс к холодильной технике, в частности к многоступенчатым холодильным установкам компрессорных цехов производственных холодильников. Цель изобретени - повышение экономичности и эксплуатационной надежности при использовании нескольких параллельно работающих компрессоров. Дл этого эжектор промежуточного охладител снабжен дополнительными рабочими соплами 9-11 по числу компрессоров 1-3 в ступени низкого давлени и установленным перед эжектором конфузором 5 с вырезами напротив рабочих сопел 9-11, а на линии 19 подачи жидкого хладагента высокого давлени к соплам 9, 10, 11 установлены дополнительные соленоидные вентили 22-24, св занные с блоком 25 управлени . Регулирующее устройство 18 обеспечивает заданный перегрев пара, использу измерение температуры пара на входе в циркул ционный ресивер 12 с помощью датчика 20 температуры и измерение промежуточного давлени через точку отбора 21. Блок 25 управлени обеспечивает пуск, остановку и регулирование холодопроизводительности компрессоров 1-3 с одновременным управлением соответствующими соленоидными вентил ми 22-24. 2 ил.The invention relates to refrigeration engineering, in particular to multi-stage refrigeration units of the compressor workshops of industrial refrigerators. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and operational reliability when using several parallel compressors. For this, the intermediate cooler ejector is equipped with additional working nozzles 9-11 for the number of compressors 1-3 in the low pressure stage and a confuser 5 cut in front of the ejector with cutouts opposite the working nozzles 9-11, and on line 19 for supplying high pressure liquid refrigerant to the nozzles 9, 10, 11, additional solenoid valves 22-24 are installed associated with control unit 25. The regulating device 18 provides the predetermined steam overheating using the measurement of the steam temperature at the inlet to the circulation receiver 12 using the temperature sensor 20 and measuring the intermediate pressure through the outlet point 21. The control unit 25 provides for starting, stopping and controlling the cooling capacity of compressors 1-3 with simultaneous control respective solenoid valves 22-24. 2 Il.
