Изобретение относитс к очистител м головок корнеплодов от ботвы на корню. Цель изобретени - повышение долговечности очистительных элементов и улучшение качества очистки корнеплодов от ботвы. Очиститель головок корнеплодов от ботвы на корню содержит горизонтальный вал 1, на котором посредством крепежных стержней 8 закреплены очистительные элементы 2 W-образной формы. Крепеж элементов 2 осуществлен через отверсти , выполненные на их концах и на средней петле этого элемента 2. Наружные петли W-образного элемента 2 обращены в направлении от оси вала 1, при этом одна из них удалена от оси вала 1 на большее рассто ние по сравнению с другой, при этом наружные петли элемента 2 снабжены дополнительными отверсти ми дл изменени креплени его по мере износа. При вращении вала 1 элемент 2 воздействует наружными петл ми на головку корнеплода, счесыва с нее ботву. 5 ил.This invention relates to a root harvester root cleaner.
