Abstract
Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, а именно к средствам автоматизации производственных процессов. Оно может быть использовано в различных отрасл х машиностроени . Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей, повышение надежности, предотвращение захвата нескольких заготовок и повреждени штампов, упрощение настройки положени роботов. Комплекс содержит установленные в технологической последовательности прессы 1 и 2. Вдоль оси прессов установлены опоры с направл ющими 5 и 6. Одна из опор выполнена удлиненной. На направл ющих смонтированы роботы 8 и 14, установленные на основани х каретки 9 и 15. Положение роботов 8 и 14, кареток 9 и 15 регулируетс упорами, также установленными на направл ющих 5 и 6. В зависимости от назначени роботизированного комплекса на каретку 9 устанавливаетс узел ориентации 22 или сменна кассета. Одна из рук робота выполнена в виде вакуумных присосок, пневмоцилиндра, на штоке которого смонтирован регулируемый упор. Устройство позвол ет автоматизировать все операции при переналадке комплекса на штамповку деталей с разным числом переходов. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 9 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to means of automating production processes. Depending on the purpose of the robotic complex, the carriage 9 is mounted orientation unit 22 or removable cassette. One of the hands of the robot is made in the form of vacuum suction cups, a pneumatic cylinder, on the stem of which an adjustable stop is mounted.
