Abstract
Изобретение относитс к молочной промышленности и может быть использовано в технологических процессах производства блочного сыра. Цель изобретени - исключение ручного труда при съеме разрезанного блока сыра. Устройство содержит станину и установленную в ее верхней части раму с режущим инструментом, горизонтальный стол - опору сырных блоков при разрезке, привод дл перемещени стола и наклонный многосекционный рольганг дл удалени разрезанных порций из устройства. Дл удержани сыра на рольганге имеетс управл емый упор. В столе выполнены окна дл прохода в них секций рольганга. 2 ил.The invention relates to the dairy industry and can be used in technological processes for the production of block cheese. Блок сыра, подлежащий разрезке, устанавливаетс на наклонном рольганге 7 и удерживаетс от выхода из него упором 8. Стол поднимаетс , снимает с рольганга блок сыра и в своем крайнем верхнем положении разрезает его о режущий инструмент рамы. После этого стол опускаетс вниз, оставл порции сыра на секци х рольганга, при этом одна половина блока удерживаетс на рольганге упором , а втора съезжает с него под собственным весом.
