The clean dust collector contains a sludge trap 1, a duct 2, inside of which are placed irrigation contact grids 3, made in the form of chains 4 suspended in several rows, nozzles 5 for injecting irrigating liquid, made in the form of vertical nozzles 6 of different heights, connected to tube 7. The end of each nozzle is provided with an inclined swivel plate 8, which is made in the form of an ellipse, and provided with diffusing teeth 9 along the edge and a mechanism 10 for adjusting the position of the plates. In the lower part of the wet dust collector hydrochloric pipe 11 to remove the sludge.
Rows of chains 4 are arranged in planes inclined along the gas flow with alternating vertical and horizontal orientation of the chains along the rows. Chains are suspended with the possibility of impact.
Wet dust collector works as follows.
The dusty gas stream enters the dust collector 2 on contact grids made of chains 4, while through the nozzles 5 by inclined plates 8 and teeth 9 the dust-gas stream is irrigated with a water-coal slurry. During the flow of the dust-gas flow through the chain gratings 3, dust particles are deposited on the wetted links of the chains of the 4 grids as well as on numerous water droplets due to the action of inertial forces.

Смоченна пыль оседает на наклонное днище газохода 2 мокрого пылеуловител в виде шлама, который удал етс через патрубок 11 и поступает на вакуум-фильтры.coal slurry resulting from its fragmentation into chain links of 4 gratings and dust particles crossing the trajectories. The moistened dust is deposited on the inclined bottom of the duct 2 of the wet scrubber in the form of sludge, which is removed through the nozzle 11 and is fed to the vacuum filters.
In the proposed apparatus, due to the tilting of the rows of chains, 4 drops of irrigating liquid and solid particles falling from the chains cross the gas flow, which helps to improve the contact of these drops with the flow.
The location of the chains in inclined planes with the possibility of a collision also provides intensive dispersion of the irrigating suspension both by draining it from each of the chain links in different zones, and due to demolition and secondary dispersion of the droplets in the duct 2, which allows for increased dust collection and save water for irrigation. The dust-free gas is discharged through the sludge chute 1 to the atmosphere.
5 .1This design improves the cleaning efficiency, reliability and reduces the hydraulic resistance of the dust collector by creating the contact surface of the irrigating medium both in the form of drops and jets, and in the form of a wetted surface of the chains. Due to the use of a grid with alternating orientation of the chains 4, excluding slagging, as well as nozzles in the form of nozzles of different lengths with inclined plates equipped with tines, it is possible to use a coal-water slurry of a flotation concentrate as an irrigating medium and refuse to use clean process water. In this case, heat is disposed of from the waste gases, which in known dust collectors were emitted into the atmosphere. When an excess amount of flotation concentrate is applied in a dust collector, water vapor from the waste gases condenses, which reduces their volume and neutralizes the acid content of sulfur content 5 .1
тых окислов, что уменьшает агрессивность отработанной суспензии.oxides, which reduces the aggressiveness of the spent suspension.
The use of nozzles in the form of vertical pipes with swivel plates at the ends ensures reliable operation of the dust collector without slagging nozzles at different content of solids in the irrigating suspension. The use of scattering teeth on the edges of the plates makes it possible to separate the irrigation suspension in separate small jets, which considerably improves its cones with dusty gases.
The use of inclined plates at the ends of the vertical tubes allows the trajectories of the dispersible slurry and Angle to change their encounters with dusty gases. Rotating the plates allows you to change the flow rate of the irrigation.
