The present invention relates to a sprinkler sedimentation type dust collector for collecting dust that is unburned and exhausted in the combustion gas generated during incineration in waste incineration apparatus. In particular, the upper part of the inlet through which combustion gas flows through the combustion chamber of the incineration furnace is introduced. One side and a spraying device sprayed in the form of fine particles in the upper part is sprayed to the incoming combustion gas to communicate with the cylindrical vortex tube in the cross direction to the lower part of the spraying pipe which has exhausted the dust contained in the combustion gas. In the sprinkler pipe, the lower part of the sprinkler pipe is installed downward and has a tapered narrow tube part gradually narrowing and is installed along the inner circumferential wall of the whole vortex, and the discharge port of the narrow pipe is configured at an upper position slightly away from the vertical center line of the vortex body. Combustion gas falling to the water pipe increases in flow rate at the buccal tube and is vortexed by the arc of the arc of the arc While swirling the water and could not be mixed in the dust it will be precipitated in a spray type dust collector for collecting completely precipitated by re-mixed with the water.
Conventional dust collectors had many methods, but the composition was complicated and the manufacturing cost was high, and slugs were accumulated on the inner surface of the dust collector, which required to clean them at certain times, and dust collection efficiency was also low. .
In view of such a problem, the present invention sprinkles the sediment water injected in the particulate state to the exhaust gas to be exhausted, so that the dust contained in the combustion gas is mixed with water, thereby primarily falling out, and thus mixed with the sediment water and exhausted. By vortexing the combustion gas to be settled to completely settle the dust in the combustion gas to be described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
The present invention comprises an inlet port (1) in communication with a combustion chamber of a normal incineration (not shown) on the upper side, and has a hydrothermal sprinkler (2) which is sprayed in a particulate state on the upper side thereof. A cylindrical vortex tube 6 composed of an exhaust port 4 and a drain port 5 on the upper and lower sides of the water spray tube 3 is communicated in a cross direction, while the lower portion of the spray tube 3 is directed downward. The taper-shaped narrow tube 3-1 is gradually narrowed so as to be installed along the inner wall surface of the cylindrical vortex tube 6, and the discharge port 3-1a of the narrow tube 3-1 is a cylindrical vortex tube ( 6) Designated at a position slightly above the vertical center line, reference numeral 7 denotes a water pipe.
Referring to the operation of the present invention configured as described above, the present invention is a combustion gas which is forcedly blown by combustion in an incineration furnace, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, through an inlet (1) configured on the upper side of the sprinkling pipe (3). The water flows into the water pipe 3 and descends, and at the same time, the sedimented water, which is sent to the high pressure in the water spray device 2 and sprinkled in the form of fine particles, is mixed with the dust in the combustion gas, so that the specific gravity of the dust increases.
In this way, the flue gas, which has primarily fallen dust, is vortexed in the cylindrical vortex tube 6 while rapidly increasing the flow velocity in the buccal tube 3-1 of the sprinkling tube 3, and thus the dust that is not mixed with the sedimented water is collected. The mixture is settled again to be settled, and the sedimented water in which dust is sedimented is collected and discharged to the outside through the drainage port 5, and the pure combustion gas collected is exhausted to the exhaust port 4.
When explaining the effect of the present invention as described above, the present invention fall-off the dust contained in the combustion gas in the spray pipe (3) and sedimentation water in the cylindrical vortex tube (6) of the combustion gas in which the dust was first dropped. By vortexing together to completely settle the dust that is not mixed with the sedimentation precipitation in the sprinkling pipe (3), the dust collecting effect is excellent, preventing pollution according to it, and its composition is simple and easy to manufacture. It can be economically and practically effective.
