Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области рентгенотехники, а более конкретно - к управл емым источникам рентгеновского излучени . Цель изобретени - снижение габаритов, повышение электробезопасности и срока службы за счет снижени напр жени питани . Дл этого в трубку введен образующий анодную часть тороидальный СВЧ-резонатор 2, одной торцовой поверхностью которого вл етс анодна мишень 3, а другой - вторичноэмиссионный электрод 4 в виде жалюзи из материала с высоким коэффициентом вторичной эмиссии электронов. Перед электродом 4 расположена провод ща сетка 5, повышающа добротность СВЧ-резонатора 2. 1 ил.The invention relates to the field of X-ray technology, and more specifically to controllable X-ray sources.
