Abstract
п. The present invention relates to the production of double-weave bulk metal nets, which allows for an increase in productivity due to the continuity of the weaving process and the expansion of technological capabilities through the weaving of nets of unlimited length. In the first embodiment of the method, the spirals are woven simultaneously in two mutually perpendicular directions, weaving adjacent spirals together, while the grid is periodically shifted relative to the mechanisms of the formation of spirals by a step of weaving along the spiral axis with an angle of 45 °. In the second embodiment, the periodical displacement of the grids is produced against the course of interweaving the spirals, and in the third, in the direction consisting of the axes of the spirals, the angles are 45 and 135, respectively. 3 hp f-ly, 3 ill.
Description
Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к способам изготовлени объемной сетки двойного перекрестного переплетени .The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to methods for producing a double-weave volumetric grid.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity due to the continuity of the weaving process and the expansion of technological capabilities due to the weaving of nets of unlimited length.
Figures 1-3 show schemes for implementing the method for manufacturing woven mesh, variants.
Lig.1 shows a method of making a woven double-weave mesh on a machine, the mechanisms 1 of which form spirals 2, simultaneously weaving them from two opposite mutually perpendicular directions and a braid adjacent spirals, and the transporting mechanism
При этом сетчатое полотно двойного переплетени шириной В может быть изготовлено практическиthe machine produces a periodic displacement of the grid 3 at the pitch of the weave ho to the intertwining of the spirals (indicated by arrows), and the direction of the displacement of the grid is an angle of 45 ° with the axes of the spirals. At the same time, a double-stranded mesh fabric B can be made practically
любой длины.any length.
Figure 2 shows a method of making a woven mesh on the same machine, but unlike the first embodiment, the machine transporting mechanism displaces the grid 3 in the opposite direction — against the movement of the interweaving of the spirals (indicated by arrows). With this method, it is possible to slightly increase the width of the mesh sheet B by providing improved weaving conditions.

спиралей, так как кажда спираль сначала проходит более трудный участок двойного переплетени , а затем уже участок одинарного переплетени , причем при прохождении первого участка спираль обладает большей жесткостью за счет меньшей длины,spirals, since each spiral first goes through a more difficult double weave and then a single weave, and when passing through the first section, the helix has greater rigidity due to the smaller length,
FIG. 3 shows a method of making a woven mesh on the same machine, the mechanisms 1 of which form spirals 2, weaving them from one side of a simultaneously produced mesh fabric (indicated by arrows), and the transporting mechanism of the machine displaces the grid along this side in the direction with the axis of the spirals, an angle of 45 °. This method allows the width of the B mesh to be varied during the weaving process by changing the length of the interwoven spirals.
The use of the proposed technical solution will allow to increase the productivity of manufacturing double-weave volumetric nets due to the continuity of the process and expand technological capabilities due to greater flexibility in terms of the size of the fabric mesh fabric produced.
