Abstract
The invention relates to electronic engineering. The aim of the invention is to increase operational reliability. The device includes a housing 1, a holder 2 and contact elements 4, made in the form of a pair of elastic plates, the working sections of which are bent towards each other. The plates are fastened with insulating liners 6, installed with the possibility of rotation on the axles. The drive, made in the form of a rack and pinion gear, converts the rotation of the shaft 9 into reciprocating movement in the opposite frames 11. In the frame 11, two rows of holes 12 are made under the contact support parts. When the chip 3 is mounted on the holder 2, the leads 5 are located in the gap between the contact elements 4. The frames 11 move towards each other, turning the inserts 6 with the contacts. At the end of the rotation, the contact elements 4 are shifted and converge to a conventional line, clamping the leads of the microcircuit, which allows reducing fatigue stresses, and consequently, increasing the durability of the device. 2 Il.

The invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular, to contact devices, and is intended for use in instrumentation to connect the outputs of mainly integrated circuits to the blocks for specifying modes and controlling parameters.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational reliability by increasing the durability of the service life.
1.FIG. 1 shows a contact device, side view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
8.The contact device comprises a housing 1 of electrically insulating material, a guiding element-holder 2 of the chip 3, contact elements 1. Each of the contact elements C is made in the form of a pair of elastic metal plates, the working sections of which are bent towards each other and in the closed state form a conventional line of contact with the leads 5 of the microcircuit 3, along their lateral sides. The lower bearing planes of the respective contact plates are rigidly fastened using insulating liners 6. Each liner 6 is mounted with a swinging movement on the longitudinal axes 7. To restrict the movement of the liners 6 with contact elements C, there are stops 8 in the housing.
10.The contact elements k have a drive, made in the form of a rack and pinion gear, which converts the rotation of the shaft 9, at the ends of which there are gears 10, into the reverse 1-forward movement in opposite directions of two frames 11 located in the middle part of the body and having two sides are two gear racks meshed with gears 10.
In each frame 11 there are two rows of holes 12 for the contact support parts and a window 13. In each insert 6, contact elements with working parts bent in one direction are installed.
Contact device operates as follows.
536 1624In the initial state, the contact elements k do not experience any loads. In this case, the frames 11 are in a diluted state for the estimates of the rotation of the roller 9 with the gears 10 pro 536 1624
The controlled chip 3 is installed on the holder 2 so that the pins 5 are in the gap between the contact elements C.
By turning the roller 9 clockwise due to the rack-and-pinion gearing, the frames 11 are shifted towards
You have to turn on axis x 7 inserts 6 with contacts C to the stops 8. After the blocks of contacts 6 stop turning on axis 7 due to stop 8, the contact plates
3.15 continue to shift due to the elastic properties of the material. The paired plates of the contact elements converge to a conventional contact line, clamping the leads 5 of the chip 3.
20 Thus, due to the use of movable liners by contact elements and a drive in the form of two frames, it is possible to reduce the amount of fatigue stress in the plates of contact elements. By unloading the contact elements in the initial state and reducing the fatigue stresses of the contact elements, their loading cycle is increased. It provides increased durability.
