Избыток компонента стекает по отбойным пластинам в нижнюю часть корпуса, где смеииваетс с жидкостью и компонентом, поступающим из бака 3, и выполн ет пр мые функции анти- вспенивател , при этом образуетс раствор, обеспечивающий высокую степень пылеулавливани .through the channel, the gas stream collides with the liquid, dust particles under the action of inertial forces penetrate into the liquid layer and are trapped by it. This is facilitated by a surfactant solution containing components with hydrophilic properties (for example, the wetting agent Sulfasid-31). From the tank 11 with the metering device 12 the defoaming component with hydrophobic properties (for example,) is continuously supplied through the pipeline to the channels 15 of the fender plates 5 of the drip catcher A. From the channels 15 through the holes 16 this component flows to the surface of the fender plates 5 and under the influence of the gas flow spreads over the entire surface in a thin layer. When a gas stream passes through a droplet separator, the liquid droplets containing dust collected in it fall on the surface of the baffle plates with a hydrophobic layer, lose speed and flow down to the bottom of the casing as droplets. In this case, the hydrophobic properties of the component (e.g. EAE-AO) are used. The excess component flows through the baffle plates into the lower part of the housing, where it mixes with the liquid and the component coming from the tank 3 and performs the direct functions of the anti-foaming agent, thus forming a solution providing a high degree of dust collection.
The cleaned and dried gas is discharged through the nozzle 7, and the dust collected by the liquid is periodically removed through the drain nozzle 8. When the liquid level drops below the level specified as a result of the sludge discharge, the level gauge 13 turns on the fresh water supply unit 1.
The use of the proposed technical solution allows at least a 30% reduction in operating costs associated with the periodic cleaning of the drip tray plates from dust adhering to them, and avoiding the growth of hydraulic resistance.
