Abstract

The invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of training by expanding the range of exercises performed while imitating the various postures of a dummy. The device contains a vertical tubular support 1 with shaft 2 placed in it. In the upper part of the shaft, an arm 4 is mounted on axis 3. The invention relates to sports, in particular to devices for training basketball players, and can be used in other game sports.

The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the workout by expanding the range of exercises to be performed when simulating the various postures of a dummy.

The device comprises a vertical tubular support 1 with a shaft 2 positioned with it, in the upper part of which a horizontal axis 3 is installed, providing movement (swing) of the rocker arm 4 in a vertical plane. At the ends of the rocker arm dummies 5, made of a light elastic material, such as poro formation. The dummies are suspended by the hinges 6 in the area of the shoulder joints with the restriction of movement of the dummies under the action of centrifugal forces, due to which the dummies always remain in a vertical position (not shown). The shaft 2 is fixed in bearings 7, mounted in housing 8, and a kinematic pair 9 and 10 is connected with an electric motor 11 mounted on the housing. In order to provide more opportunities for training athletes, the rocker can be made in the form of telescopic rods from sections 12 and 13, fixed by clamp 14, and one of the dummies can be a mother CH and replaced with a counterweight 15 (Fig. 3). The rods 3 (Fig. 1) and the mannequins can be rocked on the principle of swing by means of an external influence, for example, by hand push.

Depending on the training tasks, the device can be used in different modes with installation of dummies both at the same distance from the axis of rotation and at different ones: swing without rotation (using and without counterweight), rotation without swing, rotation with swing, etc. d. The ability to move the device allows it to be installed at any point in the room (gym), which expands the capabilities of the simulator.

Improving the efficiency of training athletes is provided by expanding the range of exercises performed by athletes depending on the mode of operation of the simulator, as well as by maximizing the actions of the dummy to the actions of defenders.
