Цель изобретени - увеличение срока службы лампы при одновременном упрощении технологии ее изготовлени .The purpose of the invention is to increase the life of the lamp while simplifying its manufacturing technology.
The drawing shows the proposed lamp, the general view,
The gas discharge of the spectral lamp contains a glass cylindrical flask 1 with a flat window 2, transparent in the spectral range 210–2000 nm, an anode 3 in the form of a hollow cylinder, a hollow cathode 4, a tubular insulator 5 installed between them with a conical protrusion 6, centering mica discs 7 and 8, and ceramic insulating tubes 9 assembled on current leads 10, flasks 1 welded to the leg 11. The cathode 4 has 3 shoulders on the outer surface from the anode side and is made (in whole or in a layer surrounding the cavity} of metal whose spectral lines are necessary imo get.
The disk 8 with the central hole is tightly mounted on the external surface of the conical tube 6 and pressed by wire racks to the disk 7, the electrode assembly is simply and securely fixed, i.e. the taper of the protrusion 6 will increase mechanical reliability while simplifying the lamp assembly technology. In a concrete example, flask 1 is filled with neon under a pressure of 1 kPa and is equipped with a base for a standard octal panel. The inner diameter of the anode
About 15 mm, the outer diameter of the cathode 4 in the area of the collar 10 mm, the rest of the part - 8 mm, the diameter of the cavity
4mm. The insulator 5 is made of a glass tube with an inner diameter of 11.5 mm, the protrusion 6 in the assembled lamp protrudes 11–12 mm above the end of the cathode 4, the internal diameter of the protrusion 6 at its end is 8 mm.
When the lamp is supplied with a constant or pulsed current between the hollow cathode 4 and the anode 3, a glow discharge in an inert gas is initiated, intense ion bombardment of the cathode 4 and its sputtering occur, and pairs of cathode material 4 are generated in the discharge channel, which excites and radiate.
