Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к травматологии и ортопедии и позвол ет уменьшить врем реабилитации больных после перелома костей голени. Устройство содержит дистракционные узлы 1 и 2, опорный узел 3, ориентированный вдоль оси конечности и фиксируемый кольцами 23 и 24 на голени соответственно выше и ниже места перелома. Работает устройство следующим образом. Поджимают динамометры 31, прижима супинатор 28 к стопе. Выдвигают телескопический стержень 6 дистракционного узла 2, болтом 12 фиксируют его в продольном пазу 13 фланца 14, телескопические стержни 6 узла 3 и стержни 16 законтривают через шарнир 15. Перемещением гаек 27 корпусов 4 упорного узла 3 создают дозированное усилие сжати динамометров опорного узла 3, которое через рычаги 20 передвигаетс на стержни 5 дистракционных узлов 1 и 2 и через шарниры 8 и ложемент стопы 9 - на стопу.
