Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологии производства кокса и позвол ет снизить содержание серы и фосфора в коксе и повысить его структурную прочность. Сущность способа состоит в обработке раскаленного кокса в тушильной башне активированной водой с рН 11 - 13, за счет чего содержание серы в нем снижаетс на 19%, фосфора на 5,4%, а структурна прочность увеличиваетс на 1 - 2%. 1 табл.The invention relates to a technology for the production of coke and makes it possible to reduce the content of sulfur and phosphorus in coke and to increase its structural strength. Способ осуществл етс следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.
Кокс при 800°С заливают активированной водой с рН 11-13. Врем контакта воды с раскаленным коксом составл ет 4,5 мин. Затем кокс дотуши- вают активированной водой путем орошени в течение 30 мин. Кокс анализировали на содержание серы и фосфора до тушени и после него.Coke at 800 ° C is poured with activated water with a pH of 11-13.
