Пневматический секатор содержит руко тки 1 и 2, одна из которых выполнена полой и соединена с источником сжатого воздуха трубкой 3, кнопку 4 управлени , пружину 5, противорежущий нож 6 с углублением 7, режущий нож в виде дисковой фрезы 8 на оси 9 с лопаст ми 12, размещенной в закрытой полости кожуха 10 с открытой зоной 11 со стороны среза.
