Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, а именно к устройствам дл отделени корнеклубнеплодов от примесей. Цель изобретени - повышение качества работы и производительности. Устройство дл отделени примесей от корнеклубнеплодов содержит подающий транспортер 1, шнек 2, приемный транспортер, вальцы 4 и 5, имеющие гладкую поверхность. Верхний валец 4 расположен над вальцем 5 и посредством рычага 6 и пружины 7 подпружинен. Из поступающего вороха по рабочей ветви подающего транспортера 1 шнеком 2 корнеклубнеплоды перемещаютс в сторону, почвенные комки разрушаютс и вместе с мелкими растительными примес ми проход т через зазор между шнеком 2 и транспортером 1. Сорные растени и свободна ботва зат гиваютс между вальцами 4 и 5 и вынос тс за пределы уборочной машины. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.This invention relates to an agricultural machinery industry, namely, devices for separating root and tuber crops from impurities. Устройство дл отделени примесей от корнеклубнеплодов содержит подаюш,ий транспортер 1, шнек 2, приемный транспортер 3. Шнек 2 установлен над рабочей ветвью по- даюшего транспортера 1 с зазором. За шнеком 2, в сторону сходного конца подаюше- го транспортера 1, расположены вальцы 4 и 5, имеюшие гладкую цилиндрическую поверхность , причем нижний валец 5 установлен над рабочей ветвью .подаюшего транспортера 1. Верхний валец 4 расположен над вальцем 5 и посредством шарнирного рычага 6 и пружины 7 выполнен подпружиненным по отношению к нижнему вальцу 5. Вальцы 4 и 5 имеют бстречное направление врашени , а враш,ение нижнего вальца 5 противоположно направлению движени рабочей ветви подаюшего транспортера 1.
