Использование м сного бульола или м сной воды дл  питательных сред обусловли ает BbicoKyjo стоимость производства рибофлавина. В данном изобретении, с целью удешевлени  производства, в состав питательной среды предлагаетс  1вместо м сного бульона или м снрй воды вводить обезжиренный технический бульон,  вл ющийс  О;ЕХОДОМ после варки окороков. По своему составу обезжиренный технический бульон характеризуетс  следующими показател ми (в %): Содержание сухих веществ2,53,6 Содержание общего азота0,20440,2520 Содержание аминного азота0,04420,0520 Содерл ание поваренной соли1,001,22 В состав питательной среды ввод т 2% обезжиренного бульона и 2% сахарозы (среда БС).f There are known methods for growing Eremothecium ashbyii fungus in the production of riboflavin on nutrient media containing sucrose and meat broth or water.
