Abstract
Электрод для электролиза водных растворов хлоридов щелочных металлов, содержащий токопроводящую основу из вентильного металла с нанесенным на нее активным покрытием из смеси, содержащей оксиды металлов группы платины, титана и олова, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения стойкости электрода в растворах с пониженной концентрацией хлорида щелочного металла, обеспечения возможности устойчивой работы электрода в расширенном допустимом интервале значений рН, активное покрытие электрода дополнительно содержит оксид ниобия и/или тантала, а в качестве оксида металла группы платины содержит оксид рутения и/или иридия, причем указанные окислы взяты в следующем соотношении, мол.%:RuOи/или IrO- 15 - 30TiO- 20 - 50SnO- 10 - 40NbOи/или TaO- 10 - 25при соотношении (TiO+_NbOи/или TaO) : SnO= (0,75 - 7,5) : 1 и TiO: (NbOи/или TaO) = (0,8 - 5) : 1.Electrode for electrolysis of aqueous solutions of alkali metal chlorides, containing a conductive base of a valve metal coated with an active coating of a mixture containing oxides of metals of the platinum, titanium and tin group, characterized in that, in order to increase the resistance of the electrode in solutions with a low chloride concentration alkali metal, ensuring the possibility of stable operation of the electrode in the extended permissible range of pH values, the active coating of the electrode additionally contains niobium oxide and / or tantalum a, and as the oxide of a metal of the platinum group contains ruthenium and / or iridium oxide, and these oxides are taken in the following ratio, mol%: RuO and / or IrO-15 - 30TiO-20 - 50SnO-10 - 40NbO and / or TaO-10 - 25 in the ratio (TiO + _NbOi / or TaO): SnO = (0.75 - 7.5): 1 and TiO: (NbOi / or TaO) = (0.8 - 5): 1.
