Abstract
The device comprises a base in the form of a chair 1, on which the pelvic is fastened along with 2. Two screw jacks 4 are attached to the chair 1 by means of ball joints, which form a pectoral extension mechanism, equipped with axillary supports. The mechanism of cervical extrusion is made in the form of a screw jack 6 mounted on a chair equipped with a bracket 7 and a Glisson loop 8. Screw jacks 4 and 6 consist of hollow cylindrical bodies in which tubular sliders are located. The rod in the upper part is equipped with a collar, and its lower part interacts with springs through bosses. The slides are kept from turning in the housings with pins. Bosses have pins that move in grooves, indicating the magnitude of the spring loading. The device allows the patient to engage in kinesitherapy during treatment. 3 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к травматологии-ортопедии, неврологии , и предназначено дл консервативного лечени заболеваний и травм шейного, грудного и по сничного отделов позвоночника .The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopedics, and neurology, and is intended for the conservative treatment of diseases and injuries of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
The purpose of the invention is the realization of the possibility of rotational and oscillatory movements of the patient's body.
FIG. 1 shows a device with a patient, a general view; in fig. 2 - the main projections of the device; in fig. 3 - screw jack constructions.
8.The device comprises a base in the form of a chair 1, on which a pelvic cord is attached with 2, two screw jacks 4 are attached to chair 1 by means of ball joints 3, which form a chest extension mechanism, equipped with axillary stops 5, the neck extension mechanism is also designed as screw jack 6, mounted on a chair I, equipped with a bracket 7 and Glisson loop 8.
Screw jacks 4 and 6 consist of hollow cylindrical bodies 9 in which
9.tubular sliders 10 are located, connected by means of internal thread 1 I to the threaded part of the rods 12. Each rod 12 in the upper part is equipped with a collar 13, and its lower part through the lugs 14 interacts with springs 15 located in the lower part of the housings 9. On the sliders 10, straps 16 are secured to fasten the axillary supports 5 with the straps 17 and the bracket 7, to which the Glisson loop 8 is attached. 20, which move in the slots 21 of the housing 9, indicating the magnitude of the loading of the spring 15, which is controlled on a scale of 22 printed on the housing 9.
Extraction is carried out as follows.
The patient sits on chair I, pelvic by 2 patients are fixed with straps, half-muscular stops 5 are inserted into the armpits and fixed with straps 17. The groans are placed on the sub-stand 23. Thereafter, rotating the turns 13, a tension load is applied. When the rods 12 rotate with the help of rotates 13, the slides 10 begin to move along the housings 9, simultaneously moving the bar 16 with the armpits stops 5. When the latter are pressed into the patient's armpits, the slides 10 stop moving the housings 9 and the slides 12, the output from the sliders 10 through the lugs 14, the springs 15 are compressed. In this case, the studs 20, moving along the slots 21 of the housing 9, indicate on the 22 lines the amount of loading of the spring 15 equal to the tensile applied load.
