The invention relates to methods for determining the yield strength of polymer compositions and can be used in the production technology of polymer composite materials. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements of the yield strength of an oligomeric composition with a discrete electrically conductive filler. For this, the value of the shear stress is fixed at the moment of the electrical conductivity jump of the composition under test, and the sought value is found by a certain formula.
Description
The invention relates to methods for determining the yield strength of polymer compositions and can be used in the production technology of polymer composite materials (PCM), in particular, conductive materials.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the points. the measurement of yield strength in an oligomeric composition with a discrete electrically conductive filler.
The essence of the method of creating electrically conducting PCM is to fix, by freezing (chemical crosslinking of the oligomeric matrix), the tension structure obtained with Pi-P. Moreover, the more stressed the structure, the greater the effect of increasing the conductivity is obtained. The most stressful state is obtained when and in this stress region a very strong dependence of the properties of the composition on the smallest is observed.
From a technological point of view, this means that you need to know the exact value of the P-composition. It is not possible to achieve this by known methods, the testing even worsens. the structure of the composition requires its prior destruction.
The combination of the shear operation with the control of electrical conductivity provides a very accurate determination of the moment of creation of a tight structural mesh of filler particles and is a non-destructive material structure by determining P. its yield strength with good reproducibility of measurement results.
The experiments were carried out as follows.

Prior to this, MOMegya adsorption layers hardly deform and the electrical conductivity does not change.

The relationship between forces (and, hence, voltages) at both times is found to be proportional to both times, t, e, where Pg is the yield strength, P is the voltage at which a sharp increase in conductivity is observed, with an accuracy of 5% value, 15.
The fact of achieving higher accuracy in determining the shear stresses by the proposed method can be explained as follows. The destruction of interparticle contacts by the valuable mechanism in the entire volume of the composition when PY is reached is a consequence of the contact voltage reaching a critical value, when the distance between the particles sharply decreases due to the destruction of the adsorption polymer layers, and the particles get greater freedom of movement.
