Цель изобретени - улучшение качества изделий за счет сн ти напр жени . Сущность изобретени заключаетс в одновременном ударном воздействии на изделие в каждом цикле колебаний в противоположном направлении этим колебани м путем ограничени перемещени упругой волны на 1/3-2/3 от максимального значени амплитуды колебаний. 1 табл.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to relieve residual stresses in products in the welding and mechanical assembly industries. Выполн ли вибрационную обработку детали типа труба из сплава АМг-Зм длиной 600 мм, наручным диаметром 50 мм с толщиной стенки 1 мм с целью получени стабильности геометрических размеров (наружного диаметра) при сборке и эксплуатации. Без стабилизирующей обработки .овал наружного диаметра после вылеживани в течение 10 сут. составл ет 0,2-0,4 мм при допуске - 0,06 мм. Обработку вели на виброг остенде 2365-Р с частотой 65 Гц.
