Abstract
Изобретение относитс к стопорным устройствам и может быть применено дл регулировани винтовых соединений. Изобретение позвол ет повысить надежность стопорени и удобство регулировани винтового соединени . Стопорно-регулирующее устройство содержит упругую пластину 1, один конец 2 которой охватывает грани гайки 3 винтового соединени 4 и имеет форму замкнутого кольца 5 с волнообразными гофрами 6. Другой конец снабжен отогнутым вверх от креплени 7 в сторону винтового соединени упругим уступом и цилиндрическим отверстием 9, посредством которого упруга пластина закреплена на оси. Внутренн поверхность замкнутого кольца выполнена с зубчатыми захватами 11, охватывающими гайку по всем ее боковым гран м. Выполнение пластины 1 с волнообразными гофрами 6 в виде замкнутого кольца 5 обеспечивает увеличение линии контакта зубчатого захвата 11 с боковыми гран ми гайки и возможность распр млени гофр при нажатии гаечным ключом дл освобождени граней гайки 3 дл регулировки без сн ти пластины. Благодар закреплению пластины 1 цилиндрическим отверстием 9 на оси и наличию уступа можно сн ть пластину 1 с гайки 3 без освобождени ее креплени на оси. 3 ил.The invention relates to locking devices and can be applied to adjust screw connections.
