Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the extraction and enrichment of metal ores in order to improve the environmental situation. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the recovery of metals due to the possibility of leaching in a technically and economically feasible period of time. To do this, the tailings and pre-crushed ores are dewatered, mixed with solvent and oxidizer and granulated. The composition of the granules (H) is introduced into the solvent component inert to the solvent. Dried G is transported to the worked-out space as a filling material, where it is stored until the period when the extraction of metal from G by leaching is economically and technically feasible. For this, irrigate water through wells drilled to the repository. Collection of productive solutions and purging air with oxidation are carried out through perforated pipes laid in the bottom of the array. The array D weakened by leaching is strengthened by injecting a solution into the holding material. 1 hp ff.
Description
Захороненные таким образом отходы сохран ютс до периода, когда извле- чение из них металла путем выщелачивани будет технически и экономически целесообразно.are introduced into the tangible component that does not interact with the solvent (cement, gypsum, lime, etc.) - Then the granules are dried and transported, for example, by pneumatic transport to the worked-out space or underground void, where they act as a bookmark. If necessary, in order to prevent spontaneous leaching with groundwater, the walls of the Storage Facility are pretreated with a waterproofing coating. Waste thus disposed of is stored until the period when metal is extracted from them by leaching is technically and economically feasible.
The close contact of the waste with the reagents during the granulation process, the subsequent drying and the long-term keeping of the granules at the disposal sites ensures the transition of useful components to a soluble state.
Leaching of granulated wastes is carried out with water and circulating, which wash out soluble salts of metals (copper, nickel, zinc, gold, uranium, molybdenum, etc.)
Irrigation of waste is carried out through a network of perforated pipes laid on the surface of the granules or through wells drilled to the storage facility. The granular material is characterized by good permeability to aqueous solutions, which ensures high metal recovery. The collection of productive solutions, as well as periodic blowing of the granulated mass with air for additional oxidation, is carried out through perforated pipes, previously laid.

Metal is extracted from productive solutions by sorption. At the end of the leaching process, a weakened array of granules is strengthened by injecting a solution into a holding material, using a system of perforated pipes and dumpers used previously for leaching.
