The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the folded coverings of large spans of polygonal or arched outline.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the material consumption of the coating and the labor intensity of installation.
1„The figs shows a folded covering, the middle part of which is constant, and the areas at the ends are stepwise decreasing in terms of plan and height, the plan; FIG. 2 is a section A-L in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 1, coinciding with section BB in FIG. A; in fig. And - a folded covering in the form of a dome, the plan; in fig. 5 is a section of YYY in FIG. 4; in fig. 6 - node I in figure 2; in fig. 7 - node II in figure 5; in fig. 8 is a fragment of a ridge section of the coating in FIG.
H.H2. .. A folded covering includes areas 2 of unevenly similar folded shells formed by thin-walled profiled elements 1 and interconnected by connecting elements 3 and elements 4 and bone. The middle part of the coating is formed by sections 2 of two unevenly similar folding shells, spaced by height I. In the end areas of the coating shown in 1) 11, and in the coating shown in Fig. 4, the areas 2 of uneven height decreasing from the middle part to the ends The coatings of such fold shells are spaced, respectively, to a height of AND, H, Nz, and so on, with H.H2 being possible. ..
Independent work of sections. 2 unevenly high folding shells is impossible due to insufficient bearing capacity and stiffness. Therefore, setting the connecting elements 3 and stiffness elements 4 ensures joint work of the sections 2 separated in plan and along the height, the image is thin. together with elements 3, a continuous folded casing consisting of similar folded arches 5-7 that are adjacent to each other (Fig.8), whose width S can be constant (as in Fig.8) or different. By themselves, these 8 arches are areas of unevenly high folds, and the walls are connecting elements. In this case, the lower overlying overlying
дThe arches are at the same time upper along the underlying arches themselves. For example, the lower archway 5 at the same time is the upper arch of the archway 6, etc.
Снижение металлоемкости покрыти обеспечиваетс за счет более рационального размещени металла, при котором происходит частичное взаимное вычитание усилий при всех видах нагрузок в по сах смежных складчатых арок, одновременно выполн ющих функции верхних и нижних по сов соседних арок о Ступенчатое уменьшение пролета и высота складчатых арок приводит к снижению усилий от внешних нагрузок , а также площади поверхности покрыти , что также обеспечивает уменьшение металлоемкости покрыти .The decrease in metal consumption of the coating is provided by a more rational distribution of metal, in which partial mutual subtraction of forces occurs under all types of loads in adjacent folded arches, simultaneously performing the functions of upper and lower adjacent arches. A stepwise reduction in span and height of the folded arches leads to reduction of forces from external loads, as well as the surface area of the coating, which also reduces the metal consumption of the coating.
The smaller overall dimensions of the coating significantly simplify the performance of its ends, since their dimensions are significantly reduced, and the ends are assembled from similar elements manufactured on the same equipment and differing only in length. Reducing the hectare size of the coating also results in lower operating costs.
Ввиду того, что основным элементом покрыти вл ютс одиночные тонкостенные профилированные элементы малого собственного веса, их заводское изготовление не вызывает затруднений и может быть полностью механизировано „Since the main element of the coating is single thin-walled profiled elements of low own weight, their factory production is not difficult and can be fully mechanized.
The installation of the coating does not require complex machinery and heavy-duty mechanisms and consists in the successive connection of the elements together by bolts. The constructions come to the site in full factory readiness and in packaged form.
