Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к хирургии дл операций на позвоночнике. Цель изобретени - уменьшение травматичности и ускорение процесса операции. Инструмент содержит две бранши 2 с кремальерой 3 и кольцами 4, губками 5 с зубцами 6, наклонные поверхности 7 которых образуют между собой острый угол. Торцы 8 губок 5 выполнены заостренными, концы 9 рабочих поверхностей, образуют между собой острый угол. Инструмент работает следующим образом. Острые торцы губок ввод т в межтеловое пространство позвонков, одновременно среза элементы дегенеративных тканей. Сжатие бранш захватывающими зубцами губок обеспечивает их плотную фиксацию и извлечение из межтелового пространства. 2 ил.This invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery for spinal surgery.
