Abstract
The invention is intended to isolate heat pipes laid in a ductless manner. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the thermal conductivity, prevent degradation, and also impart biostability. The method of preparing the heat insulating mass is carried out as follows. The guzapayu is pretreated with a 1% aqueous solution of the diocide, incubated for 20-24 hours, then mixed with expanded clay heated to 210-220 ° C for 30-60 seconds, then bitumen heated to 170-180 ° C is added and mixed again for 30-60 seconds, after which the lime powder is added to the natural temperature and the final mixing is carried out for 50-60 seconds. The thermal conductivity coefficient of thermal insulation is 0.070-0.073 W / mk. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing heat insulating masses and can be used to insulate heat pipes laid in a ductless manner.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the thermal conductivity, prevent degradation, and also impart biostability.
The method is carried out as follows.
The guzapayu is pretreated by wetting with a 1% aqueous solution of the diocide consisting of ethanol-mercrich chloride (1 part) and N-cetyl-pyridinium chloride (2 hours). Guzapayu moistened with a solution in the ratio
3: 1 by weight and hold for 20-24 h, after which is mixed with heated to 210-220 with expanded clay for 30-60 s. Heated bitumen heated to 170-180 s is then added and mixed again for 30-60 seconds, after which the lime powder is added to the natural temperature and the final mixing is carried out for 50-60 seconds. Heat insulating mass is applied to pipes in a hot condition at a temperature not less than the mechanized method or by backfilling a trench with a pipe installed and pressed into it.
The table lists examples and properties of thermal insulation mass.
