Abstract
Способ одновременного получения бутиловых эфиров моно- и диэтиленгликоля многоступенчатым оксиэтилированием бутилового спирта оксидом этилена в присутствии щелочного катализатора при температуре 130 - 160C и давлении 1,5 - 4,0 мПа с последующим выделением целевых продуктов, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода, в качестве катализатора используют гидроксид натрия и процесс ведут в три ступени при последовательном снижении температуры от 160 до 130C по ступеням при одновременной подаче оксида этилена, бутилового спирта и катализатора в количестве 0,02 - 0,05 мас.% на I ступень, с получением реакционной массы и подачей ее на II ступень при дополнительной подаче оксида этилена в количестве, в 2 - 2,2 раза меньшем, чем на первую ступень и добавки 4,4'-дипиридила в количестве, в 10 - 15 раз меньшем, чем количество катализатора, подаваемое на I ступень, с последующей подачей реакционной массы, катализатора в количестве 0,05 - 0,08 мас.% и добавки в указанном количестве на III ступень с последующим выделением целевых продуктов и непрореагировавшего бутилового спирта, который рециркулируют на I ступень с возвратом 25 - 30% полученного бутилового эфира моноэтиленгликоля в зону реакции по ступеням в соотношении I:II:III, равном 3:7:2 соответственно.The method of simultaneous production of mono- and diethylene glycol butyl ethers by multistep oxyethylation of butyl alcohol with ethylene oxide in the presence of an alkaline catalyst at a temperature of 130-160C and a pressure of 1.5-4.0 MPa, followed by release of the target products, characterized in that Sodium hydroxide is used as a catalyst and the process is carried out in three steps with a sequential decrease in temperature from 160 to 130 ° C in steps with simultaneous feeding of ethylene oxide, butyl alcohol and a catalyst in the amount of 0.02 - 0.05 wt.% at stage I, to obtain the reaction mass and feed it to stage II with the additional supply of ethylene oxide in an amount 2 to 2.2 times less than the first stage and additives 4 , 4'-dipyridyl in the amount of 10 - 15 times less than the amount of catalyst fed to the first stage, followed by feeding the reaction mass, the catalyst in an amount of 0.05 - 0.08 wt.% And additives in the specified amount to III stage with subsequent isolation of the target products and unreacted butyl alcohol, which is recycled at stage I returning s 25 - 30% of the monoethylene glycol butyl ether obtained in the reaction zone of steps in a ratio I: II: III, equal to 3: 7: 2 respectively.
