Abstract
FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: keyed joint has boss and key received in the key way of the shaft. The key is made up as cylindric members 3 mounted perpendicularly to the axis of the key way. The cylindric members are received in the key way to define two sets. Flexible plate 4 is mounted along the axis of the way and separates the cylindric members. The ends of the plate are provided with locators 5. The cylindric members of one of the sets are shifted with respect to the cylindric members of the other set by half diameter of the cylindrical members. When a torque is applied to the shaft, force acts on flexible plate 4 through cylindric members 3. In so doing, the plate is deformed. As a result, dynamical and shock loads at the site of contact between the cylindric members and sides of the key ways decreases. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
