Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a damping effect and reliability, by a method wherein a vibration absorbing means situated between a fixed part and a displacement part is formed with a magnetic fluid having viscosity and a resistance plate located between a pair of magnets. CONSTITUTION:A vibration absorbing means is formed with inner plates 5 and 6, situated to a round pipe part 4b coupled to a base shaft part 4, an outer plate 7 situated to an outer sleeve 1, and magnetic fluid 11 injected in a space formed with the outer sleeve 1 and the base shaft part 4. A plate magnet 8 has an N-pole surface positioned facing the inner plate 5 and a plate electrode 9 has an N-pole surface positioned facing the inner plate 6. This constitution causes absorption of a part of vibration generated when an outer wheel 16 is rotated, and absorption of the rest as the shearing force of the magnetic fluid 11.
