Abstract
PURPOSE:To damp any shock acting on a shock pressure receding part so quickly by forming a part of a piston with a magnet, and installing another magnet, producing repulsion in a gap with the said magnet, in a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A piston 2 is built in a cylinder 1, and a shock pressure receiving member 4 is clamped to a projecting end of a piston shaft 3. A part of this piston 2 is formed with a magnet, and in the inner part of the cylinder 1, there are provided with magnets 5 and 6. These magnets 5 and 6 are supported by elastic bodies 7 and 8 composed of a rubberlike elastic material. Consequently, if impact force is added to the shock pressure receiving member 4, the piston 2 moves to the left and receives large repulsive damping force from the magnet 5. When such large impact force as much as the magnet 5 and the piston 2 are made contact with each other has acted thereon, an elastic coat 9 and the elastic body 7 both are deformed so that the impact force is absorbed. Next, when the piston 2 is put back to the right and comes nearer to the magnet 6, the piston 2 is moved in a direction of vibration abatement.
