Abstract
Изобретение относитс к компрессоростроению. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение конструкции и повышение качества очистки торцового лабиринтного уплотнени (ЛУ) рабочего колеса турбокомпрессора. В радиальном пазу неподвижной части ЛУ установлена подвод ща трубка (ПТ) 1, подключенна к источнику моющего раствора (МР). В ПТ расположена распределительна трубка (РТ) 5. ПТ и РТ снабжены отверсти ми, при этом диаметр отверстий 2 ПТ 1 больше диаметра отверстий 6 РТ 5, по обе стороны оси которых установлены рассекатели 7 МР, выполненные в виде термобиметаллических пластин. При работающем турбокомпрессоре МР подаетс в РТ 5 и попадает через отверсти РТ 5 и ПТ 1 на ЛУ, очища его. При нагреве М рассекатели изгибаютс в разные стороны от оси отверстий РТ, при этом измен етс направление потока МР, натекающего на ЛУ, что повышает качество его очистки. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.This invention relates to a compressor industry. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the quality of cleaning the mechanical labyrinth seal (LU) of the impeller of the turbocharger. In the radial groove of the stationary part of the LU, an inlet tube (PT) 1 is installed, connected to a source of washing solution (MP). A distribution tube (PT) 5 is located in the PT. The PT and PT are provided with holes, the diameter of the holes 2 of the PT 1 being larger than the diameter of the holes 6 of the PT 5, on both sides of the axis of which the MP dividers are installed, made in the form of thermo-bimetallic plates. When the turbocharger is running, the MP is fed to PT 5 and gets through the openings of PT 5 and PT 1 at the LU, cleaning it. When M is heated, the dividers are bent in different directions from the axis of the holes of the PT, thus changing the direction of the flow of MR flowing onto the Linac, which improves the quality of its cleaning. 2 hp f-ly, 3 ill.
