Description

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the processing of lead-containing sulfide concentrates. The aim of the invention is to increase the extraction of lead. To implement the method, lead-containing sulfide concentrate is pelletized before smelting with the addition of alkali with a temperature of 365-400 ° C in an amount of 10-4252 by weight of the concentrate, then melting is carried out with alkali at 6OO ~ 7OO ° C to produce metallic lead and alkaline water. The total consumption of alkali is 50-70% by weight of the concentrate. 2 tab.
