Description
Известны способы исследовани теплообмена в кип щем слое -при стационарном режиме и устройства дл их осуществлени (см., например , автореферат диосертационной работы Л. М. Мирзоевой «Исследование процесса теплоотдачи двухфазного потока-газ-твердое вещество-в вертикальной трубе, 1959 г., выполненный в Азербайджанском ордена Красного Знамени институте нефти и химии).There are known methods for studying heat transfer in a fluidized bed — in stationary mode and devices for carrying them out (see, for example, L. M. Mirzoyeva’s abstract of the study of heat transfer from a two-phase flow-gas-solid-material in a vertical pipe, 1959. , executed in the Azerbaijan Order of the Red Banner of the Institute of Oil and Chemistry).
Недостатками данных способов и устройств вл ютс необходимость наличи дополнительного нагревател и низка точность результатов исследований.The disadvantages of these methods and devices are the need for an additional heater and the low accuracy of the research results.
Предложенные способ и устройство лишены указанного недостатка. Сущность изобретени заключаетс в том, что в качестве теплоносител применены твердые частицы из электропроводного материала. Теплоноситель помещаетс в электромагнитном поле индуктора, сила тока в котором регулируетс обычными способами. В устройстве дл осуществлени данного юпособа, с целью увеличени точности результатов исследований, применены цилиндрический реактор и малоинерционные термопары, которые размещаютс в газовом потоке до и после теплоносител .The proposed method and device does not have this disadvantage. The essence of the invention is that solid particles of an electrically conductive material are used as the coolant. The heat carrier is placed in the electromagnetic field of the inductor, the current strength in which is regulated by conventional means. In the device for the implementation of this method, in order to increase the accuracy of the research results, a cylindrical reactor and low-inertia thermocouples are used, which are placed in the gas stream before and after the coolant.
На чертеже схематично изображено устройство, служащее дл осуществлени предложенного способа.The drawing schematically shows a device for implementing the proposed method.
Согласно предложенному способу, непрерывное выделение тепла в объеме частиц, образующих «кип щий слой, происходит за счет вихревых токов высокочастотного магнитного пол .According to the proposed method, continuous heat generation in the volume of particles forming the fluidized bed occurs due to eddy currents of a high-frequency magnetic field.
Дл индукционного нагрева частиц в «кип щем слое в качестве источника энергии примен етс генератор с частотой 300-500 кгц. Частицы, образующие «кип щий слой, должны быть изготовлены из немагнитных материалов (медь, алюминий, графит). Применение ферромагнитных материалов дл частиц исключено из-за большого силового воздействи магнитного пол на них.For induction heating of particles in a fluidized bed, an oscillator with a frequency of 300-500 kHz is used as an energy source. Particles that form the fluidized bed should be made of non-magnetic materials (copper, aluminum, graphite). The use of ferromagnetic materials for particles is excluded due to the large force effect of the magnetic field on them.
№ 148553-2- .No. 148553-2-.
Согласно данному способу может примен тьс весь диапазон размеров частиц, характерных дл «кип щего сло (от 200 мк до 5 мм).According to this method, the whole range of particle sizes characteristic for a fluidized bed (from 200 microns to 5 mm) can be applied.
При частоте магнитного пол 300-500 кгц дл частиц указанных выше размеров обеспечиваетс нагрев за счет пов ерхностного эффекта (глубина проникновени магнитного потока меньше радиуса частиц ) .When the frequency of the magnetic field is 300-500 kHz, the particles of the above dimensions are heated by the surface effect (the depth of penetration of the magnetic flux is less than the radius of the particles).
Предложенный способ исследовани теплообмена заключаетс в применении индукционного нагрева дл подвижного («ки1п ш,его) сло неферромагнитных частиц, наход ш,ихс в непрерывном движении . Теплообмен происходит в стационарных услови х и температура замер етс калориметрическим методом. Достоинствами этого способа вл ютс возможность достижени высоких температур нагрева, больша скорость нагревани , широка регулировка тепловыделений в «кип щем слое за счет изменени режима работы генератора и конструкции индуктора, определение коэффициента теплоотдачи но методу стационарного режиМа и более точные результаты исследовани .The proposed method for studying heat transfer consists in the use of induction heating for a moving ("tipper, it") layer of non-ferromagnetic particles, which is in continuous motion. Heat transfer occurs in stationary conditions and the temperature is measured by the calorimetric method. The advantages of this method are the possibility of achieving high heating temperatures, greater heating rate, wide adjustment of heat generation in the fluidized bed due to a change in the operating mode of the generator and the design of the inductor, determination of the heat transfer coefficient by the stationary mode method and more accurate research results.
Устройство дл осуществлени предложенного способа представл ет собой цилиндрический реактор /, изготовленный из асбоцемента или стекла с двойными стенками, между которыми откачан воздух. В нижней части реактора установлена решетка 2, на которую помещаетс засыпка 3.A device for carrying out the proposed method is a cylindrical reactor (made of asbestos cement or double-walled glass, between which air is pumped out. In the lower part of the reactor, a grid 2 is installed on which backfill 3 is placed.
Газ или жидкость подаетс нагнетателем 4 под решетку и образует «кип щий слой. Реактор устанавливаетс внутри индуктора 5- высокочастотного генератора. При включении магнитного оол тепло, выдел емое в частицах, передаетс среде. Дл получени коэффициента теплоотдачи от частиц к среде при стационарном процессе необходимо определ ть температуру частиц.Gas or liquid is supplied by the compressor 4 under the grate and forms a "fluidized bed." The reactor is installed inside the inductor of a 5-high frequency generator. When magnetic ool is turned on, the heat released in the particles is transferred to the medium. To obtain the heat transfer coefficient from the particles to the medium in a stationary process, it is necessary to determine the temperature of the particles.
7.For the “fluidized bed”, direct measurement of the temperature of particles with the help of a thermolar is impossible, therefore a calorimetric method is used in the device. The essence of this method is that after heating the particles to a predetermined limit and determining the total heat flow from the surface of the particles to the gas or liquid flow, the generator is turned off and using low-inertia thermocouples 6, located before and after the "fluidized bed," temperatures during the cooling of the "fluidized bed" on a high-speed electronic potentiometer 7.
