N° 135541 описано устройство дл  поддержани  равновесного давлени  гели  в электровакуумном приборе с помощью кварцевой ампулы с нагревателем, заполненной гелие.м и помещенной в электровакуумный прибор, с применением теплового манометра Пирани, выходным сигналом которого определ етс  величина анодного тока отдельного усилител , питающего нагреватель. Однако подобное устройство не обеспечивает расширени  диапазона поддержани  давлени  в электровакуумных приборах до диапазона выше 1 мм рт. ст.BASIC Auth.
