Abstract
The invention relates to the field of earthmoving equipment, namely to working bodies for cleaning channels from sediment and vegetation. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and reduce energy intensity. This is achieved by preventing the winding of vegetation on cutting knives (EF) and discharge vanes (TL). For this purpose, the MO 5 is made arcuate with a radius equal to the rotor radius and wider than the VL 6. The cutting edges with which the MO 5 are equipped form obtuse angles with the rotor disk. The cutting edges of VL 6 are located along their entire length. During operation, the PN 5 cuts the soil and vegetation and thus prepares a groove cut horizontally to facilitate cutting with the cutting edges of VL 6. AT FURTHER ROTATING THE ROTOR VL 6 cuts off part of the soil along with vegetation and throws it through the discharge window of the vault 2. Winding the vegetation on VL 6 does not occur because they have a cutting edge along its entire length. Vegetation with PN 5 is reset by the power of energy, since the scoring edges of the latter make an obtuse angle with the plane of the rotor. 5 il. pIoJcoRJ1 e occurs because they have a cutting edge throughout their

12.Working body for cleaning melio-. The sediment channels have a gearbox with drive motor 1, a casing 2 with a guide window 3 for discharging the sediment outside the channel, a drive rotor 4 inside it with cutting blades 5 and discharge vanes 6 with cutting edges 7 for developing and removing soil and vegetation from the channel. Scoring knives, made arcuate with a radius equal to the rotor radius, located along the perimeter of the disk 8 and having cutting edges 9 adjacent to the disk, form obtuse angles with the plane of the rotor disk. The cutting edges of the outflow vanes start from the outer surface of the central hub 10 of the rotor and extend along their entire length. The lugs 11 and 12 are provided on the body of the machine to attach the working body to the handle of the machine and the hydraulic cylinder.
The working body of the channel cleaning works as follows.
In the process of cleaning the channels from sediments by the working body of continuous action, a great disadvantage is the winding on the cutting knives and exhaust blades of vegetation. The proposed working body does not have these disadvantages. During the rotation of the rotor, the process of excavation and release from the channel occurs. Cutting knives 5 cut through the soil and vegetation that grows in the channel. Due to the fact that the cutting knives have cutting edges 9, which make up angles with the rotor, the vegetation is not wound on the cutting knives, but is cut off by the cutting edge and, under the force of inertia, is dropped from these knives, but because the cutting knives are wider than the outliers blades, the pda knives always prepare a horizontal notch groove to facilitate cutting of out-of-blade vanes by cutting edges. The released cutting process takes place. Emission vanes during rotation cut off a portion of the soil depending on the feed rate of the working body and the depth of the burial and throw it out of the channel through the outflow window along with the developed vegetation located in the channel. The vegetation does not wrap on the outflow vanes, as the cutting edge of the outflow vanes starts from the outer circumference of the central hub and continues along
Следовательно , тем самым повышаетс производительность рабочего органа, так как не тратитс врем на очистку ротора от растительности, снижаетс энергоемкость за счет тонкого паза прореза грунта подрезными ножами и повышаетс качество очистки каналов.their entire length and there is no place to hook on the vegetation on the outboard vanes, as on the cutting knives. Consequently, the productivity of the tool is thereby improved, since time is not spent on cleaning the rotor from vegetation, energy consumption is reduced due to the thin groove of the ground cut with cutting knives and the quality of channel cleaning is improved.
