Abstract
지하연속벽에 의한 토목공사에 있어서 양생된 연속벽이 불균일하게 오버블로우현상이 있는 바 이같은 오버블로우 부분을 본 고안자가 제공한 회전식 콘크리트면삭기 및 그에 사용되는 초경팁등의 장치를 이용하여 다듬어주고 있으나 면절삭과 다듬기 작업이 별도로 진행되어 작업효율성이 낮고 다듬어진 표면의 균일성이 확보되지 못한다는 문제가 있었다.In the civil engineering work by underground continuous wall, the cured continuous wall is unevenly overblown, and the overblowing part is trimmed by using the rotary concrete face grinder provided by the inventor and the cemented carbide tip. 대형빌딩 또는 수로공사등과 같은 토목 기초공사에 있어서 토류벽등을 시공할 경우 공사의 신속성과 작업공간 확보를 위하여 거푸집을 사용하지 않고 지하연속벽시공법을 채택하고 있다. 지하연속벽시공법은 버킷을 이용하여 도랑을 굴삭한 다음 직접 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하기 때문에 시공도에 구애받지 아니한다는 특징이 있다. 그러나 양생된 지하연속벽의 측면이 토양의 강도가 불균일하므로 토성이 약한 부분에 있는 콘크리트가 튀어나오는 현상(오버블로우)이 종종 발생하므로 이 부위를 소정의 설계기준에 맞도록 절개하고 있다. 이 절개작업에 이용되는 장치가 소위 브래커라는 장비로서 치젤을 탄발력 있게 오버블로우 부위에 타격케 하면 충격에 의하여 파괴절삭되는 것이다. 이같은 다순 파괴절삭은 오버블로우 부위외에 기타 근접부위까지 함께 절개되어져 원하는 설계기준에 맞출 수 없게 하였다.In case of constructing earth wall in civil engineering works such as large building or waterway construction, underground continuous wall construction method is adopted without using formwork for speedy construction and securing working space.
