Abstract
This invention relates to a process for the production of microcrystalline fine cellulose, which can be used in thin layer chromatography for the purification and separation of biochemical preparations as a sorbent or as a stabilizer for water-based latex paints. The invention provides a reduction in particle size of microcrystalline fine cellulose and an increase in their uniformity due to the fact that the cellulose is pre-impregnated with 67-73% nitric acid with a module of 3.5-10.0 ml / g for 5-30 minutes Squeeze to degree 2-3. The pulp is then treated with water to form a 3-12% concentration of the acid remaining in it and the resulting system is maintained at 18-20 ° C for 10-20 minutes. The pulp is subjected to hydraulic destruction in this medium at an acid boiling point of 10-25 minutes. 1 tab.

This invention relates to a process for the production of microcrystalline fine cellulose, which can be used in thin layer chromatography, for the purification and separation of biochemical preparations as a sorbent or as a stabilizer for water-latex paints.
Цель изобретени - уменьшение размеров частиц микрокристаллической целлюлозы и увеличение их однородности .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size of microcrystalline cellulose particles and increase their uniformity.
Example 1. 10 g of cotton cellulose are soaked with 73% nitric acid for 10 minutes with a module of 3.5 ml / g and () ° C. The swollen pulp is pressed to degree 2, i.e. to a weight of 20 g, and pour 100 ml of water, whereby the nitric acid is diluted to a concentration of 6.5%. The resulting cellulose system, 6.5% nitric acid, characterized by a module of 11 ml / g, is kept for 10 minutes at 18 ° C, heated, and boiled for 20 minutes. The microcrystalline cellulose obtained is concentrated in a centrifuge, washed successively with water, acetone and dried at 60 ° C.
IExample 2. South sulphate pulp for viscose production is impregnated with 67% nitric acid for 30 minutes with a modulus of 10 ml / g and 20 C. The swollen cellulose is pressed to degree 3, i.e. to the weight of 30 g, and pour 92 ml of water, in PE

As a result, the nitric acid is diluted to a concentration of 12%. The resulting cellulose system, 12%, for nitric acid, characterized by a P ml / g modulus, is held for 15 minutes at 20 ° C, heated, and boiled for 10 minutes.
1.The remaining operations are carried out analogously to example 1.
1.Example South sulphite pulp brand Llorenier is impregnated with 68% nitric acid for 5 minutes at a modulus of 8 ml / g and 18 C. The swollen cellulose is squeezed to a degree of 2.5, i.e. to a weight of 25 g and pour 38 ml of water, as a result of which nitric acid is diluted to a concentration of 3%. The resulting cellulose system, 3% nitric acid, characterized by a module of 33 ml / g, is held for 20 minutes at 20 ° C, heated and boiled for 25 minutes. The remaining operations are carried out analogously to example 1.
