Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к станкостроению и может быть использовано в крупных точных станках различных типов, преимущественно в крупных координатно-расточных станках, в которых при перемещении подвижного узла на значительный ход необходимо обеспечить повышенную виброустойчивость и жесткость механизма подач дл  достижени  высокой точности выхода на заданное положение. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности и упрощение конструкции устройства за счет отсутстви  дополнительных энергетических систем дл  управлени  промежуточными опорами винта. При вращении ходового винта 3 гайка 9 вместе с кулачком 10 и подвижным узлом 1 перемещаютс  по неподвижному узлу 2. При подходе к первой промежуточной опоре 8 гайка 9 своим кулачком 10 наезжает на выступ 17 фиксатора 15, освобожда  промежуточную опору 8 от фиксации. При дальнейшем перемещении гайка 9 наезжает на промежуточную опору 8 и поворачивает ее.
