Предлагаетс  способ выращивани  монокристаллов йодноватокислого кали , позвол ющий получать крупные кристаллы хорошего качества , пригодные дл  практических и исследовательских целей- Это достигаетс  тем, что к раствору добавл ют свободную йодноватую кислоту (НЮз).A method is proposed for growing monocrystals of potassium iodate, which makes it possible to obtain large crystals of good quality suitable for practical and research purposes. Способ может быть осуществлен следующим образом. Трубку (диаметром 30-50 мм и длиной 300-500 жж) заполн ют раствором йодноватокислого кали  (КЮз), содержащим 10-13% (весовых) йодноватой кислоты (НЮз) от количества йодноватокислого кали . На поверхность раствора наливают нейтральное масло дл  предотвращени  испарени В нижней части трубки находитс  кристаллическое вещество (КЮз). Трубку помещают в термостат так, чтобы поверхность твердого вещества находилась «иже примерно на 10 мм уровн  теплоносител  в термостате . Температуру верхней части трубки поддерживают около 25°.
